Mass Production

We offer mass production facilities over seas for any type of plastic, rubber or die cast metal product.  We also provide mass production of CNC cut wooden and aluminum parts. 

The mass production cycle typically takes 8 to 24 weeks to start depending on the size and complexity of the mold and the level of accuracy required. Costs vary with the type of raw materials and process used to create the item.  Naturally it will also vary based on the size and complexity of the mold itself. 

It is important to note that once the production is completed shipping time vary greatly depending on the origin, the time of year as well as the type of transportation used to import the product if it is produced abroad (air 1 to 2 weeks and ocean 1 to 2 months).  Although air is much faster it is also about 8 to 10 times the cost.
