Return Policy

You may return all items purchased at our online store within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product was approved for and institutional sales on a 30 day trial basis or if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. When returning the product make sure to include a copy of your order as well as writing the order number on the outside of the return package. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that we cannot exchange items for a different size.  You must return the items and then place a new order for the items you wish to get.
